Kyle’s journey with Chick-fil-A began in California, where he spent six years discovering that "selling chicken" was actually a powerful vehicle for community impact. After relocating to Tennessee, Kyle joined the Murfreesboro team at the Memorial Boulevard location. Demonstrating a relentless work ethic, he rose from Team Member to Junior Partner before being promoted to Managing Partner at the Towne Center location in October 2025. Kyle remains driven by his founding goal: using the hospitality industry as an avenue to influence and uplift every person he serves.

A native of Long Island and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Daniel discovered his passion for hospitality through his military service. With over a decade of full-service restaurant experience, he joined the Leadership Program at Noblitt Hospitality to sharpen his foundational skills at a higher level. Daniel believes that true leadership is defined by influence and service rather than titles. He is currently focused on expanding his business acumen and mindset, with the long-term vision of launching his own full-service restaurant.

GENERAL MANAGER TOWNE CENTRE

Six years ago, a "step of faith" led Jeremy to Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro, a move that entirely reshaped his career trajectory. What began as a Team Member role at the Old Fort location evolved into a Senior Director position where Jeremy eventually oversaw operations for multiple high-volume restaurants. Through the Leadership Development Program, he has mastered the art of building high-performance teams and executing complex operations. For Jeremy, the journey is defined by the culture of service- proving that when you invest deeply in people, the results follow.

Chase is a servant-minded leader who believes that leadership is a product of consistent growth and genuine care for others. Having worked his way from the front lines to running entire store operations, he joined the Leadership Development Program in Murfreesboro to immerse himself in a culture of excellence and accountability. Drawn by the intentional pathway for growth provided by the Academy, Chase is currently refining his operational knowledge and leadership philosophy. His ultimate goal is to become a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator, building a healthy, high-performing culture of his own.

VP OF OPERATIONS

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in International Studies, Ginny Anne’s path to leadership was born out of a desire to give back. Originally set on non-profit work in Uganda, the global pandemic redirected her heart toward Chick-fil-A, where she found a parallel mission of service and community impact. She values the Academy for its high-level business training and the network of peer leaders who challenge her daily. Ginny Anne is dedicated to using her business acumen to create meaningful relationships and professional growth for those around her.
